A: Yes, both are acceptable.

A: Don't worry as long as your parcel for your non-custom product wasn't shipped yet, you can cancel it by contacting our service team.

Q: Can I order by calling the service number?

A: Sorry currently we are not able to take your order by telephone. But we are working hard on bringing you the feature. But you can still use your Smartphone to place an order.

Q: What are special requirements?

A: If you need any alterations to be done to the product you can describe it in the special requirements field e.g. the dress has no straps, but you would like to have straps, then we can arrange that, we can provide alterations for all dresses to a certain extent.

Q: Is this a legit company?

A: Yes, do not worry. Please rest assured that our company is both legal and formal. Missjuana.com has been verified by Norton Secured Seal and using HTTPS security protocol. You can pay via PayPal for your order and your payment will be safeguarded. Moreover, you can also look up for real life pictures from our gallery or Facebook page.

Q: Do you have a store?

A: In order to eliminate the extra costs associated with physical storefronts (rent, insurance, staff), we currently only have an online store. Each of our dresses is totally made to order according to our pictures. We sincerely hope you could give us a try.

Shipping

Q: Which Shipping options are available?

A: We offer standard and expedited shipping worldwide. For drop or bulk shipping and wholesale container shipping we don't feature expedited options, please contact us if you want to order more than 10 dresses. We have great wholesale rates and your trips to our tailor workshops.

Q: How long is the delivery time?

A: When your parcel leaves our quality assurance warehouse, it takes around 3 - 8 days to reach you, depending on the item you order, its origin and destination.

Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?

A: Yes, please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address once the shipping was already processed.

Q: Will I have to pay customs duties, taxes or other fees?

A: You will not be charged any consumption tax. However, you may need to pay the customs duties by yourself. For more details, please visit terms and conditions in full.

Q: What is your Return & Refund?

A: Currently we offer an easy 7 days return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Please contact us to initiate the returning process. This is our Return & Refund.

What is the cost of delivery?

Products of different weights will have different shipping costs. You can add your favorite products to the checkout page to check the specific shipping costs.

Size

Q: How to know my size?

A: Each products description page features a detailed size chart, you can measure yourself and choose the dresses size according to the result. Don't get confused if you end up having a different size as your standard casual wear size, dresses have different sizing.

Q: How to measure myself?

A: We use three different factors, Bust, Waist, and Hips.
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
- Waist: Measure around natural waistline.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part.
Make sure you wear tight clothes while measuring yourself. Please check if the dress has a built-in bra, if so, measure yourself without a bra.

Q: My body measurements don't fit a specific size!

A: You can choose custom measurements and enter your body measurements into the order details without choosing a pre-defined size. Extra fees might apply.

Q: Are the sizes e.g. UK 10, standard UK sizes?

A: There are no standard sizes for dresses in the UK or the EU, therefore pretty much every manufacturer is using their own chart. Please check our size chart for details.

Payment

Q: Which payment options are available?

A: You can pay for your purchase with all major Credit and Debit Card, or place an order with pre-payment and contact our support for available pre-payment option which includes Bank Transfer, Western Union, and MoneyGram. Paypal is also acceptable.

Q: Is my payment secure?

A: Definitely yes! We use the highest industry standards to secure our website and the payment process. Missjuana.com is fully PCI compliant and certified to process payments. Every bit of the information you provide to us is processed encrypted through the Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

Q: How do I make changes after my order has been placed?

A: If you receive an order confirmation email and notice a mistake with the order, please contact us as soon as possible. If it’s after business hours, leave us a clear and detailed message with your full name, phone number, and order number (if available) via email.

Q:I failed to pay with my Credit card?

A: We suggest you: 1) Double check your card/account information to make sure it is correct； 2) Contact your bank/service provider to enable related functions (e.g. global online payment) or get more details； 3) Use a different card or payment method. If all the above suggestions cannot help you solve the problem, we suggest you use PayPal to complete your payment because PayPal is very fast and it can ensure the safety of your money.

Q:Can I pay with credit card via Paypal?

A: Yes. If you have a PayPal account, please choose PayPal to complete your payment. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can also pay via PayPal. (You don't need a PayPal account for this) Simply choose Paypal from the payment methods at the checkout page and provide your card information in "Pay with a debit or credit card " option, then you can pay with your card also.

Q:My cedit card payment was declined/won't go through.

A: Do not worry, you may need to contact your bank. Occasionally, when purchasing from an online company for the first time, your financial institution will issue a hold on the funds if they are unfamiliar with it.
